And don't ge...I'm sure you'll do great! And don't get discouraged if you can't keep up or if you can't do all the moves. This is my second time doing Insanity and I still can't get through an entire set without taking a breather or getting water. But I can tell you that it is making me a better/faster runner! You shouldn't have any issues with starting the cleanse and Insanity at the same time - just make sure that you are recovering with some kind of protein/recovery drink after your workouts. I may or may not obsess over Tonia's abs in the video - oh you'll see!
