Um, yeah... it was goooooooooodddd! The hubs says it makes the top 3 of his list of all time favorite dishes I have made. You must add this one to your list! Aaaaannnnd, I think I will be looking up more things to make that involve Sriracha sauce, mmmm!

So I read this post earlier this morning and I just KNEW I had to make this! So I used what I had at home, since I didn't have spinach or grape tomatoes, I used some pico I made yesterday (just onions, tomatoes, cilantro & lime juice). I also added in some black beans. AMAZEBALLS! Thanks so much for sharing!!!! On MFP it totalled out to like 337 calories.
